Bloody Mutton, a sheep who wants to become an infamous pirate. He is constantly searching for new crew members to recruit, but everytime he finds someone who is qualified, he ends up letting them go since he doesn't have enough space for them on his ship. Unfortunately, he hasn't found any treasure yet, so he has no money to buy a bigger ship. His plan is to sink another pirate ship and take their gold to buy his dream ship. To do so, he will need to find crew members to man the toy cannons he bought from the local "Everything for a Buck" store. Not surprisingly, he hasn't succeeded in taking any ships down. The only reason he still has his ship is because the ships he attack never even realize that he is fighting them. He has a NPA (National Pirate Association) rating of "Insignificant and harmless."
