How do I
place an order?
It's simple! Simply find the products you like, choose your size,
and add it to your shopping cart. Once you have everything you want
to purchase added to your shopping cart, you may proceed to checkout
and place the order. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to place an
order. You can pay with a credit card, debit card, or bank account
and PayPal will process it for you. You choose whether you want
to create a PayPal account after the order is placed.

What is my
order status?
You will be e-mailed a tracking number once your
order is shipped. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business
days. Once it is shipped, you should receive your package within
2-3 business days. If you do not receive your order within 6 business
days from your order was placed, then feel free to e-mail us about
your order.

We ship using either USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.

We ship to anywhere in the United States, including P.O. Box addresses
and military APO/FPO addresses.

How long
will it take for me to receive my order?
It usually takes from 3-5 business days for you to receive your
order. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Once
it is shipped, you should receive your package within 2-3 business
days. If you do not receive your order within 6 business days from
your order was placed, then feel free to e-mail us about your order.
APO/FPO addresses take longer for USPS to deliver to. It can take
over 2 weeks for delivery.

What is your
return policy?
We accept returns for new and unworn products that are shipped back
to us within a month from the day you receive your order. As long
as the postage date is within that period, we will accept the return
and refund you the total minus $3 per item for restocking fee. You
will need to pay for the shipping fee back to us. If a shipped package
is returned to us because the customer was unable to receive the
package, then we will charge an additional $2 to cover our shipping
and handling charges.

What is your
exchange policy?
We do not accept exchanges. You can simply return the products you
don't want for a refund and place a new order for whatever you want.

Why are
there characters with no products?
All new characters are introduced on the website before products
are made for them. We use feedback and votes from our customers
and browsers to figure out which characters to produce clothing
products for.

for the characters?
By voting for the characters, we get a good feel of what the public
likes and will produce clothing products for the characters that
are most popular. Note that only votes from valid e-mail accounts
will be counted.

What kind of
sizes do your products come in?
Our clothing come in adult unisex sizes, unless stated otherwise
on the product page.

Is it safe
to place an order on your website?
Yes, it is completely safe to order from us! No one from our company
will ever see any of your payment details, since PayPal does the
payment processing for us. PayPal is an eBay company that has been
around since 1998. PayPal has received close to 20 awards for technical
